By using AlsonAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. We believe in helping creators thrive you own what you create, and we share fairly when it's published or sold.
1. Who Can Use AlsonAI
To use AlsonAI, you must be at least 13 years old. If you're using the platform for a business or organization, you must be authorized to agree on their behalf.
2. Ownership of Your Work
You own everything you create on AlsonAI—stories, characters, illustrations, and other creative work. We don’t claim copyright or ownership over your content. However, by using our platform, you give us permission (a license) to use your content to:
- Provide our services
- Help you publish
- Distribute your work
This license is non-exclusive, global, and royalty-bearing—meaning we can use it to help you, but you still own it.
3. Royalties When You Publish Through Us
If you choose to publish your work through AlsonAI (like to Amazon or other platforms), we’ll share royalties with you. We take a percentage to cover platform, distribution, and operational costs. You’ll find the exact details of your earnings in your
4. Reusing AlsonAI-Generated Characters Outside the Platform
You own the characters and illustrations you create. But if you make money from them outside of AlsonAI—like publishing them in a different book, show, or product—and they are substantially based on or derived from content created using AlsonAI tools, you agree to let us know and enter into a royalty-sharing agreement with us. This helps ensure creators and our platform both benefit from the work created together.
5. What You Can’t Do
Please don’t:
- Break the law
- Upload harmful or illegal content
- Infringe on other people's rights
- Try to hack or reverse-engineer our tools
6. Ending or Suspending Your Access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules or use AlsonAI in harmful ways. You can also stop using the platform at any time.
7. No Guarantees
We do our best, but AlsonAI is provided “as is.” That means we don’t promise it will always work perfectly or meet every expectation.
8. We’re Not Responsible For Certain Damages
To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using our platform.
