Nori's Shiny Secret — By AlsonAI

Lyra and Nori meet by the water to share stories under a warm sun and discover a shiny silver ring hidden in a secret cave. At first Nori keeps the treasure to himself, but he soon learns that playing alone is no fun. When Aaliya the mermaid shares her red ring with everyone, Nori sees the joy of generosity and remembers it is never too late to join in. He rushes to share his ring with friends and finds that kindness brings the greatest magic of all. With a glowing purple rock as a new symbol of their bond, the ocean friends celebrate friendship and the power of giving.

It was a warm sunny day. Lyra and Nori met to tell stories as promised. Today was Nori's turn!

"One day, while swimming, I found a secret cave," Nori said. "Inside, I found a shiny silver ring."

"Wow! Did you show it to your friends?" asked Lyra, all excited.

Nori whispered, "No. I hid it behind my flipper. I did not want it to get lost. I wanted to keep it all for myself."

"Every day I would come to play alone in the cave with my new find, till one day I heard happy laughs," Nori said.

“When I swam out, I saw Aaliya the mermaid with a red ring. She was not hiding it. She shared it,” said Nori.

Nori's voice grew soft. "Watching them laugh made me feel lonely. Playing alone was not fun at all."

"Aaliya saw me. She smiled a warm smile. She told me it is never too late to share."

Nori smiled. "I swam fast! I brought my ring to the group. We played together until the sun went to sleep."

"Now, we have a special rock just for sharing." Lyra smiled a big, happy smile. "Wait right here, Nori!"

Lyra ran into the green forest. She came back with a glowing purple rock.

She gently dropped it near Nori's nose. "Take this to your sharing rock."

Nori caught it on his long tusk. He smiled a big, wet smile. Sharing really was the best magic of all.
