Feelings, Feelings, Feelings!
By AlsonAI

Feelings, Feelings, Feelings! reminds children that every emotion is a natural part of growing up. Whether we feel shy, brave, happy, or scared, our feelings help tell our stories. With kindness, courage, and a little practice, we can learn to understand and express them in healthy ways.
Sometimes we feel so bright Like sunshine filling us with light
That feeling is called happy It makes our hands clap snappy
With a smile smile smile We could skip for a mile mile mile
Sometimes tears begin to fall And we do not smile at all
That is sad sad sad And it’s okay to feel bad bad bad
A hug can help us through Till our skies turn bright and blue
Sometimes we stomp around Like thunder making a booming sound
That is mad mad mad But we can breathe when things feel bad bad bad
Count to four and take it slow Then let the angry feeling go
Sometimes we want to hide When something scary is outside
That is fear fear fear Hold a hand when someone’s near near near
Sometimes we wait For something wonderful and great
We feel excited inside Like bouncing on a ride ride ride
Sometimes we feel so shy shy shy And want to hide hide hide
We whisper softly, "Hi, hello" Until we’re ready, nice and slow
Sometimes we feel so brave brave brave And smile and give a wave wave wave
We stand up tall and try our best With courage beating in our chest
Every feeling comes and goes Like a breeze that softly blows
In our heart heart heart Each one plays a special part part part
Feelings help us learn and grow Sing them fast fast fast, then slow slow slow!
